Welcome to Uptown Kids Consignment. We are North Raleigh's premier source for designer and brand name clothing for your children. From newborn to age 12, girls and boys, we have the right outfit at the right price.  Whether you are looking for clothes for playtime or a formal occasion, you are sure to find exactly what you are looking for at our store. Our unique inventory and kid-friendly environment allow us to offer a one of a kind shopping experience.  We also carry in season maternity clothing!

You are also invited to consign your new or gently loved childrens' items or maternity wear in our store!  We offer a competitive consignment split, payment by check or store credit, and your choice of donating unsold items or having them returned to you.  We accept upscale, name-brand clothing and accessories in new or excellent condition. Shoes, baby gear, toys, and nursery furniture will also be accepted.

Are your children outgrowing clothes before they are worn?  Disappointed with resale purchase offers?  Have a great eBay store inventory but no time to list or ship your items?  Let Uptown Kids do all the selling for you!  Just complete the attached consignment agreement, bring your items to the store, and watch your sales online!


**We are currently running 4 - 5 weeks from the time of clothing drop off to the time it is put out for sale (due to the late spring!).  Please adhere to the 30 items per week limit, and carefully inspect and fold your items to help expedite item entry.**

Once per week you can drop off up to 30 of your best items for consignment that are on our list.  

We are always accepting Brand New Items, including new toys, new baby gear, or new Summer clothing items.

We are also always accepting Matilda Jane and Lilly Pulitzer clothing, American Girl dolls and accessories, Thomas the Train items, and Disney Princess items.

We are also accepting the following items in excellent used condition (no stains, holes, tears, extensive wear, or flaws):

Items we are currently taking:

1) Boys and Girls summer PJs, all sizes.
2) Girls Dancewear/Gymnastics Wear, ballet shoes.
3) Memorial Day/4th of July Clothing for Boys and Girls.
4) Summer or indoor toys, all ages.  Must have all pieces and working batteries. Please bring separate pieces in a Ziploc-type bag. Toys must be from the past 4 years.
5) Pool floats/toys in New or Excellent condition.
6) Pool Life Vests, especially "Puddle Jumpers" brand.
7) Sand and Water Tables.
8) Kids Table and Chairs.
9) Exersaucers and Jumperoos.*
10) Bumbo seats (with repair kit)*.
11) Umbrella Strollers*.
12) Double strollers/Sit N Stands.*
13) Jogging strollers with front swivel wheel only.*  


*All toys and baby gear items must be manufactured in the last 4 years and checked for recalls.

We do not accept the following clothing brands in used condition: Basic Editions, Circo, Faded Glory, Garanimals, Healthtex, Miniwear, Okie Dokie, Route 66, or Wonder Kids used clothing.
